The service is obliged to:
- provide only working proxies from the own pool and on the own servers;
- support the operation of services and amenities at a level not lower than 99.95% of uptime per year;
- provide technical support during working hours within two hours, outside working hours within twelve hours;
The service has the right to:
- stop the provision of services if the client violates the term for payment for services;
- stop the provision of services in case of violation of the Ukrainian legislation and other states without a refund.
The client is obliged to:
- check the proxy operation within 24 hours upon receipt;
- working with the services not to violate the Ukrainian legislation and other countries, not to send spam, not to hack.
The client has the right to:
- the service is not responsible for the operation of third-party sites, programs, etc.;
- with the banning (blocking) an IP on a third-party service, funds are not returned and the proxy is not changed. The customer is responsible for the proper operation of third-party services.
