The Client has the right to:
- request a service replacement or a full refund within 24 hours after receiving (delivery of) authorization data to the email address specified during registration, if the service does not meet the Client’s expectations for objective reasons and the Client has not violated the Service Terms or the Public Offer.
- demand a full refund within fourteen days after purchasing the services in full, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” if the services were not provided according to the terms.
- request a refund for the unused portion of the payment, if the services were not provided in accordance with the terms.
