The client has the right to:
- replace services or make a full refund within 24 hours after receiving (shipment) of data for authorization to the client’s e-mail, if the service was not suitable for the client according to objective reasons and the client has not violated the Terms of Use and the Public Offer;
- demand a full refund within fourteen days after the purchase of services in full, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” and if they were not provided in accordance with the terms;
- demand a refund for the unused payment period if the services were not provided in accordance with the terms.
