The Service undertakes to:

  • provide only working proxies from its own pool and on its own servers;
  • maintain service and system uptime at no less than 99.95% annually;
  • provide technical support within two hours during business hours and within twelve hours outside of business hours;
  • in case of violation of these service conditions, the Service undertakes to refund the Client’s payment in full.

The Service has the right to:

  • suspend service provision if the Client fails to pay on time;
  • suspend service provision in case of violation of the laws of Ukraine or other countries, without refund.

The Client undertakes to:

  • test the proxy functionality within 24 hours of receiving it;
  • while using the services, comply with the laws of Ukraine and other countries, avoid spam and hacking activities.

The Client has the right to:

  • request a full refund within fourteen days after purchase if the services were not provided according to these terms;
  • request a refund for the unused portion of the payment if the services were not provided according to these terms.

Other terms:

  • the Service is not responsible for the performance of third-party websites, software, etc.;
  • if an IP is banned or blocked by a third-party service, no refund is issued and the proxy is not replaced. The Client is responsible for proper use with third-party services.
